AdvanSix Announces Conclusion of Hopewell Investigation

PARSIPPANY, N.J. -- 

AdvanSix (NYSE: ASIX) announced today that the United States government has notified the Company that the criminal investigation regarding air emissions at the Hopewell, Virginia facility has concluded with no further action required.
