("ApolloMed" or "the Company") (OTC: AMEH), an integrated population health management company, today announced that one of its affiliated medical groups, ApolloMed Hospitalists, has entered into an agreement to provide comprehensive hospitalist services for Madera Community Hospital.

Under the terms of the agreement, ApolloMed will provide 24/7 hospitalist services for the hospital.  ApolloMed will partner with the hospital administration, medical staff, nurses and case managers to enhance clinical core measures scores, improve clinical documentation, optimize lengths of stay, reduce hospital readmissions and to enhance patient satisfaction scores.

Located in Madera, California and founded in 1971, Madera Community Hospital is a 106-bed acute care facility that provides the full range of inpatient and outpatient services, including a 16-bed Level III emergency department that receives over 30,000 patient visits annually, 10-bed intensive care unit, cardiology services, orthopedic surgery and general surgery services, as well as three rural health clinics.  The hospital also has a Birthing Center and full diagnostic imaging services, including CT, MRI and nuclear medicine.
