Bristow Group Inc. is a provider of vertical flight solutions. The Company primarily provides aviation services to a broad base of offshore energy companies and government entities. Its aviation services include personnel transportation, search and rescue (SAR), medevac, fixed-wing transportation, unmanned systems, and ad-hoc helicopter services. The global aviation service includes four regions: Europe, the Americas, Africa and Asia Pacific. The Company owns and operates three classes of helicopters, such as heavy helicopters, medium helicopters, and light helicopters. It operates a modern fleet of AW139, AW189 and S-92 specially equipped SAR aircraft. It serves customers in Australia, Brazil, Canada, Chile, the Dutch Caribbean, the Falkland Islands, India, Ireland, the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Mexico, the Netherlands, Nigeria, Norway, Spain, Suriname, Trinidad, the United Kingdom and the United States. The Company's fleet includes 220 aircraft located across 17 different countries. |
