P&G Announces Fiscal Year 2021 Third Quarter Results
The Procter & Gamble Company (NYSE:PG) reported third quarter fiscal year 2021 net sales of $18.1 billion, an increase of five percent versus the prior year. Excluding the impacts of foreign exchange, acquisitions and divestitures, organic sales increased four percent. Diluted net earnings per share were $1.26, an increase of 13% versus prior year reported EPS and eight percent versus prior year Core EPS.

The Board of Directors of The Procter & Gamble Company (NYSE:PG) declared an increased quarterly dividend of $0.8698 per share on the Common Stock and on the Series A and Series B ESOP Convertible Class A Preferred Stock of the Company, payable on or after May 17, 2021, to Common Stock shareholders of record at the close of business on April 23, 2021, and to Series A and Series B ESOP Convertible Class A Preferred Stock shareholders of record at the start of business on April 23, 2021. This represents a 10% increase compared to the prior quarterly dividend.

The Procter & Gamble Company (NYSE:PG) reported first quarter fiscal year 2021 net sales of $19.3 billion, an increase of nine percent versus the prior year. The Board of Directors of The Procter & Gamble Company (NYSE:PG) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.7459 per share on the Common Stock and on the Series A and Series B ESOP Convertible Class A Preferred Stock of the Company, payable on or after February 18, 2020 to Common Stock shareholders of record at the close of business on January 24, 2020, and to Series A and Series B ESOP Convertible Class A Preferred Stock shareholders of record at the start of business on January 24, 2020.

P&G Announces Fiscal Year 2020 First Quarter Results
The Procter & Gamble Company (NYSE:PG) reported first quarter fiscal year 2020 net sales of $17.8 billion, an increase of seven percent versus the prior year. Excluding the net impacts of foreign exchange, acquisitions and divestitures, organic sales also increased seven percent. Diluted net earnings per share were $1.36, up 11% versus the prior year. Core earnings per share increased 22% to $1.37. Currency-neutral core EPS increased 24% versus the prior year.
