Dana Prices $100 Million Tack-On Senior Notes Offering

MAUMEE, Ohio, June 18, 2020 /PRNewswire/ -- Dana Incorporated (NYSE: DAN) ("Dana" or the "Company") today announced that it has priced its previously announced offering of an additional $100 million aggregate principal amount of its existing 5.375% Senior Notes due 2027 at an issue price of 100.000%.

The Company intends to use the net proceeds from the offering for general corporate purposes.
