Digital Realty Announces Redemption of 5.875% Notes Due 2020

SAN FRANCISCO, Jan. 18, 2019 /PRNewswire/ -- Digital Realty (NYSE: DLR), a leading global provider of data center, colocation and interconnection solutions, announced today that its operating partnership, Digital Realty Trust, L.P. (the "Operating Partnership") has given notice of its intention to redeem all of its outstanding 5.875% Notes due 2020 (the "Notes"), pursuant to its option under the Indenture governing the Notes, dated as of January 28, 2010. The redemption date is February 19, 2019 (the "Redemption Date"), and the redemption price is equal to par plus a make-whole premium, plus accrued and unpaid interest thereon to, but not including, the Redemption Date, in accordance with the terms of the Notes. As of the date hereof, there was $149,877,000 aggregate principal amount of the Notes outstanding.
