ECN Capital Closes the Sale of Rail Finance Assets

Executing on strategic plan to harvest legacy businesses and right-size the Rail Finance vertical

(TSX: ECN) ("ECN Capital" or the "Company"), announced today that it has closed the sale of Rail Finance Assets (Element Rail Leasing II) to Napier Park Global Capital US LP on the terms previously announced.
