Emerge Canada Inc. Announces Decrease in Risk Rating of Certain of its ETFS

Emerge Canada Inc. (“Emerge”) today announced that it has reduced the risk rating of the following Emerge exchange-traded funds (“Emerge ETFs”) from “Medium to High” to “Medium”:

Emerge ARK Global Disruptive Innovation ETF
Emerge ARK Genomics & Biotech ETF
Emerge ARK Fintech Innovation ETF
Emerge ARK AI & Big Data ETF
Emerge ARK Autonomous Tech & Robotics ETF

No changes have been made to the investment objectives or investment strategies of the Emerge ETFs.
