First Foundation Bank Expands Small Business Administration Team with SVP Additions

IRVINE, Calif. --

First Foundation Inc. (NASDAQ: FFWM), a financial services company with two wholly-owned operating subsidiaries, First Foundation Advisors and First Foundation Bank, announced today the appointments of Adele Green as Senior Vice President, Director of SBA Lending and Andrea Donnelly, as Senior Vice President, SBA Underwriting and Processing Manager.

With over 25 years of experience in the financial services, Adele Green will lead the Small Business Administration (SBA) programs– directing all origination, underwriting, and processing. Previously, Adele served as Senior Vice President, Credit Performance Manager at Bank of America.

Overseeing the loan production process, Andrea Donnelly will supervise SBA, government guaranteed and small business loans. This includes underwriting, loan portfolio monitoring, reporting, and loan documentation processing. Andrea also brings over 25 years of experience, having most recently served at Bank of California, as Vice President SBA Underwriting Manager.

First Foundation Bank launched its SBA lending program in 2016 expanding its commercial product offerings to small businesses in a myriad of industries in the communities it serves. As an SBA Preferred Lending Partner, First Foundation Bank works with 7A and 504 loans.
