Toronto, Ontario--(Newsfile Corp. - July 9, 2020) - Green Rise Capital Corporation (TSXV: GRF), doing business as Green Rise Foods ("Green Rise" or the "Company"), is pleased to announce that, at the annual general and special meeting of shareholders held on July 8, 2020 (the "Meeting"), shareholders elected eight individuals to serve as directors of Green Rise. In addition, the Company wishes to announce changes to its management team.
Meeting Results
At the Meeting, four of the management nominees set forth in the management information circular ("Circular") of Green Rise dated June 8, 2020, and four individuals nominated by a shareholder at the Meeting, were elected as directors of the Company, to serve until the next annual meeting of shareholders, being:

Effectively immediately, Scott Linnell and Matthew Tatomir will no longer serve as Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer, respectively, of Green Rise. Rick Paolone will act as interim Chief Financial Officer.
