TORONTO, Sept. 17, 2021 /CNW/ - GreenSpace Brands Inc. ("GreenSpace" or the "Company") (TSXV: JTR), a leader within the organic and plant-based food industry, announces a grant of 10,600,005 options to new officers and employees.  The strike price for the option grant is $0.065 per share.  All options vest over a period of up to three years, have a term of 10 years, and will expire in accordance with the terms of the Company's Rolling Share Option Plan.
