("Glass Lewis") have both recommended that shareholders vote FOR all proposed items to be considered at the upcoming annual meeting of shareholders of NexGen to be held at 2:00 p.m. (Vancouver Time) on June 7, 2018, at the Rosewood Hotel Georgia Bowden Room, located at 801 West Georgia Street, Vancouver, British Columbia.

Both ISS and Glass Lewis are independent, third party, proxy advisory firms who, among other services, provide proxy voting recommendations to pension funds, investment managers, mutual funds and other institutional shareholders.
