Kilroy Realty Corporation (NYSE: KRC) announced it will release 2018 fourth quarter financial results after the market closes on Monday, February 4, 2019. The company will hold a conference call to discuss the results at 10:00 a.m. PT / 1:00 p.m. ET on Tuesday, February 5, 2019.
