The first element of PRIVERA's mobility strategy is an apartment handover app, used when transferring an apartment or housing unit to a new renter. Together with the departing tenant, the apartment is inspected, and the condition and any damage are recorded via iPad. The data is available in real-time, so that the next set of tasks can be initiated.
