LP Announces $150 Million Share Repurchase Authorization

NASHVILLE, Tenn. -- 

Louisiana-Pacific Corporation (LP) (NYSE:LPX) announced today that its Board of Directors has authorized a new stock repurchase program under which the Company may repurchase up to $150 million of its common stock.
