Mobile Mini Completes Acquisition in Oklahoma

Mobile Mini, Inc. (NasdaqGS: MINI) today announced it has completed the acquisition of a portable storage business, Budget Box Mobile Storage, located in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Budget Box has a rental fleet of over 800 units. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

“This opportunistic acquisition reflects our belief in the ability to pair internal organic growth with strategic acquisitions of highly utilized rental assets on very favorable terms,” said Erik Olsson, Mobile Mini Chief Executive Officer. "This acquisition will add highly utilized containers to our existing footprint without adding any additional fixed costs, which we believe will continue to add long term value for our shareholders.”

Mobile Mini President, Kelly Williams, continued: “As reflected in our recent results, we continue to execute on our Evergreen model of driving revenue and EBITDA growth while producing significant returns for our shareholders. We are excited to add strategic acquisitions to this growth.”
