(TSXV:MBO) (“Mobio”) announces that Ms. Monica Lissimore resigned from her role as Chief Financial Officer of Mobio Technologies on August 21st, 2023. She was a tremendous asset to Mobio Technologies and will be sorely missed. We wish Monica all the best as she moves on to another early-stage company to assist them in setting up their organization for growth. Monica has been replaced by Vladislav Pasko effective August 22nd, 2023.

Vladislav Pasko has over 10 years of experience in a variety of industries, specializing in accounting, financial reporting, investment valuations and financial management for both private and publicly traded companies. Prior to joining Mobio, he held a key financial leadership role at Codix Management Ltd., where he was instrumental in building and overseeing a team of finance professionals that provide solutions on all aspects of finance, accounting and business-related issues. Vladislav was also responsible for the valuation and financial reporting of technology-heavy investment portfolios for several publicly traded investment companies. In addition, he has extensive experience in developing core financial and operational processes, creating business models, building budgets, and providing business analysis for various private companies.
