Navigant Expands Global Construction Practice in London

Navigant’s (NYSE: NCI) today announced two senior-level industry experts have joined the growing global Construction practice, based in London.

Scott Jardine, managing director, and Andrew Jeffery, managing director, bring extensive international knowledge and capabilities, and in conjunction with Navigant’s talented group of globally recognized experts, offer innovative solutions to the firm’s global clientele.

Jardine has 23 years construction experience implementing and advising on capital projects. He has been appointed as a delay expert in both traditional engineering and information technology capital disputes projects and has given oral evidence on numerous occasions. Jardine has worked for public and private sector clients advising on project delay, cost overruns, contract termination, contract efficiency and disputes readiness. He has undertaken detailed reviews of projects and advised clients on the strengths of the delay case and options for termination. His project experience spans a range of industry sectors.

Andrew Jeffery, managing director, London

Jeffery brings 26 years of detailed knowledge in the planning, creation and operation of property assets and has been involved in many major construction schemes both in Europe and the Middle East. He has specific expertise in business case development, project procurement, award and construction execution. In addition, Jeffery has experience with the realignment of troubled projects, claims negotiations, and conflict resolution. He has qualifications across many industry sectors and a sophisticated understanding of the motivations of owners, contractors and consultants.
