NHC Announces 4.0% Increase in Common Dividend

MURFREESBORO, Tenn. -- 

National HealthCare Corporation (NYSE American: NHC), the nation’s oldest publicly traded long-term health care company, announced today that it will pay a quarterly dividend of 52 cents per common share to shareholders of record on June 28, 2019 and payable on August 30, 2019. This represents a 4.0% increase over last quarter's regular common dividend.
