NHC Announces 4.2% Increase in Quarterly Common Dividend

MURFREESBORO, Tenn. -- 

National HealthCare Corporation (NYSE-American: NHC), the nation’s oldest publicly traded senior health care company, announced today that it will pay a quarterly dividend of 50 cents per common share to shareholders of record on June 29, 2018 and payable on August 31, 2018. This represents a 4.2% increase over last quarter’s common dividend.
