CALGARY, May 2, 2017 /CNW/ - Pure Technologies Ltd. ("Pure" or the "Company") (TSX: PUR) held its Annual General Meeting in Calgary, Alberta on May 1, 2017.  A total of 40,906,817 shares (approximately 74.94% of outstanding common shares) were represented in person or by proxy.
