Rexnord Corporation Adds New Directors to Board

MILWAUKEE -- 

Rexnord Corporation (NYSE: RXN) announced today that Peggy Troy, President and Chief Executive Officer of Children’s Hospital of Wisconsin, and Rose Schooler, Corporate Vice President, Global Data Center Sales for Intel Corporation, joined the company’s Board of Directors effective May 20, 2019.

Troy has served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Children’s Hospital since 2009. Regularly recognized as one of the leading pediatric health care centers in the United States, the hospital also operates the largest social service agency in Wisconsin, as well as a health insurance company. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Nursing from Marquette University and a master’s degree in Nursing from DePaul University.

Schooler serves as Corporate Vice President, Global Data Center Sales at Intel Corporation, having joined the company in 1989. Prior to her current role, Schooler served as Corporate Vice President, Internet of Things (IoT) for Intel. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Ceramic Science and Engineering from Penn State University.
