Symantec Files Annual Report for Fiscal Year 2018

MOUNTAIN VIEW, Calif. -- 

Symantec Corp. (NASDAQ:SYMC) today filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission (“SEC”) its Annual Report on Form 10-K for the fiscal year ended March 30, 2018 (“Form 10-K”).

As previously reported, the Company was unable to timely file its Form 10-K and its Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q for the first quarter of fiscal 2019 ended June 29, 2018 and anticipates being unable to timely file its Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q for the second quarter of fiscal 2019 ended September 28, 2018 as a result of an Audit Committee investigation, which was originally announced in May 2018 and was completed in September 2018. The Company expects to file the delinquent Quarterly Reports as promptly as practicable.
