("TORC" or the "Company") (TSX:TOG) announces that the following matters were voted upon at the annual meeting of the shareholders of TORC held on May 9, 2017 in Calgary, Alberta. Each of the matters is described in greater detail in the Notice of Annual Meeting of Shareholders and Information Circular – Proxy Statement dated March 27, 2017 (the "Circular").

1.  Fixing the Number of Directors
