WEX Completes Acquisition of Noventis

SOUTH PORTLAND, Maine -- 

WEX Inc. (NYSE:WEX), a leading provider of corporate payments solutions, today announced the completion of its previously announced acquisition of Noventis, an electronic payments network focused on optimizing payment delivery for bills and invoices to commercial entities.

On October 22, 2018, WEX announced plans to acquire Noventis.
