| Abcourt Mines Inc. is a Canada-based junior mining company. The Company is engaged in gold production and exploration activities. Its projects include Sleepy Giant, Elder mine and Tagami, Abcourt-Barvue, Discovery-Flordin, Vendome, Aldermac, Jonpol and other properties. The Sleepy Giant property is located half-way between Amos and Matagami, in Abitibi, Quebec, in the territory covered by the Plan Nord of the Quebec government. It comprises four mining leases covering an area of approximatively 458 hectares (ha) and around 69 mining claims. The Elder mine and the Tagami property are situated 10 kilometers (km) Northwest of the mining community of Rouyn-Noranda in Quebec. The properties include approximately 36 contiguous claims. The Abcourt-Barvue property is situated at Barraute, approximately 60kms North the mining community of Val-d'Or, Quebec. It covers around 4,755 ha with across 103 claims. The Discovery project has over 166 claims covering approximately 4,166 ha. |
